Simon Cowell Admits HE Is Sorry
Simon Cowell has made a public apology to Susan Boyle for judging her on the way she looked before he gave her a chance to perform her amazing audition for Britain’s Got Talent.
Simon told The Ellen DeGeneres Show that his prejudice had backfired on him.
The music mogul said, “I’m totally guilty, I’d be the first to admit that I judged her on the way that she looked and the way she walked on stage.
“I was made to look very, very stupid in front of 200 million people. So if you’re watching, I apologise! I learnt a lesson from that.”
Simon spoke out recently to try and defend the way he was handling Susan Boyle’s career after being criticised by immediate members of Susan’s family for not letting Susan take her fame any further before the end of Britain’s Got Talent.
He has spoken to the Daily Record and said, “She’s got the world at her feet right now but there’s no need to panic. I read about her family saying that they want to capitalise on this and right now I think that would be a huge mistake.”
He added “The offers she is getting from people won’t go away. There’s going to be as much support for Susan in one year’s time or two year’s time.”
Simon Cowell has also reportedly said that his experience with managing Paul Potts should be proof that what he thinks is correct.
He said, “I had a very similar situation with Paul Potts, where people were asking should he capitalise on his fame, but I said no, this is just part of the process. He went on with the rest of the competition, he was treated fairly, he won and sold five million records.”

It was reported that Dannii Minogue was not going to sign her contract for the sixth series of The X Factor but new reports say that the shows boss Simon Cowell has said that she will return.
