Boyle skyrocketed to fame on “Britain’s Got Talent” with her unexpectedly beautiful voice and powerful rendition of “I Dreamed a Dream.” Cowell’s face during “The Hairy Angel’s” audition said it all. He was blown away by her live performance and says she sounds good in the studio too! Simon tells “Extra,” “She’s extraordinarily good on record.“

“We’re not going to throw out some souvenir album of show tunes. We went through about 350 to 400 songs to choose from. She was blown away by some of the song choices and she’s going to surprise a lot of people with this record,” touted Simon.

The tough judge says Boyle’s breakdown before the “Talent” finale was unfortunately inevitable. “I think it was all boiling up. You’ve got to understand this lady had lived alone with a cat for years and years and years and she was really, literally, the most famous person on the planet.“

Boyle’s debut album is expected this fall.

Cowell also tells “Extra” he has joined forces with Philip Green, the man behind Kate Moss’ Top Shop clothing line. The two have formed a production company, and since Simon already has plenty on his plate, he says no one is getting “carried away.”

To be fair, its one of his acts, so he was bound to say nice things. He has praised Susan Boyle for the music she is currently recording, ready for her first album.

The judge has been working constantly with the Britains Got Talent super-star, despite her loosing the show. Simon  said: “She sounds fantastic on record. Its not all going to be show tunes. It’s not an obvious record but so far, its good. She’s got a really good recording voice, and im going to take my time. She’s happy and i think she’s enjoying the recording process.“

Meanwhile, Simon Cowell has rubbished reports that he’s planning to quit The X Factor after the next series. “Nothing is going to change, we are going to keep all the partnerships. We get on well with everybody and no one is going to fall out.”

The music boss spoke out after Susan, nicknamed SuBo pulled out of a FOURTH live show yesterday, only hours before she was due on stage.

Amid growing fears for the ‘stars’ health, Simon spoke out after watching her fail to win the popular vote on the ITV1 talent show: “I suddenly realised she didn’t know how to cope with loosing. We didn’t handle it well.“

Simon claims Susan “seemed fine” in the build-up to the big live final – and he made sure she had all the help she needed. He added: “Then, at the crucial point in the final, I looked at her face and thought, ‘Christ, she doesn’t know how to deal with not winning’“

“It was a bad moment” the judge explained. Afterwards, I went over and gave her a hug and tried to reassure her. “I said, ‘Susan, my offer to record an album with you still stands’. We agreed we would work together – that it wasn’t the end of the road for her.“

Personally, I don’t think Susan Boyle will last long in this game. There is no denying she has a great voice, but to keep letting the public down by pulling out of shows they have paid their money to see, they will soon loose patience.

And its a similar story for people looking to hire her. Companies could steer clear of her due to the fact she could pull out of their function at the last minute.

Simon Cowell and the production team behind Britain’s Got Talent have been heavily criticised for allowing Susan Boyle to continue on the show, despite her increasingly erratic behaviour in the run up to the final.

Yesterday though, Simon Cowell has spoken out against the critics saying he held crisis talks with her family and suggested she should pull out from the competition if the strain of her new-found-fame was all too much. And Cowell, who has signed Boyle to his record label Syco, said her would have ripped her contract up if he thought she could not cope.

“By the time we did the semi-finals it went ballistic,” he told GMTV presenter Ben Shepherd, “Everyone’s writing about her. She’s in the spotlight and she found it difficult to cope with. And at that point I sat down with her and said ‘Look, if this is getting too much for you, you don’t have to go into the final, no one’s going to force you, do whatever you want, whatever suits you.“

“And she looked me in the eye and said ‘No, I want to win this competition, I want to give it a go’.“

Susan has now signed a two-album record deal with Simon Cowell which is believed to be worth £5 million but has been unable to perform at every date on the current Britain’s Got Talent Live Tour. Doctors have instructed the star to take things easy.

“I said to her family, “I’ll rip the contract up, you can have the contract back, no-one’s going to force her into the recording studio – I’ll do whatever Susan wants,” said Cowell, “And we’ve done what she wants us to do.“

Simon has also accepted he was too hard on some of the child contestants of Britains Got Talent, saying he “went too far, especially with Aiden Davis.“

He was criticised during the programme for leaving young contestants in tears and his treatment of Aidan Davis drew dozens of complaints from viewers.

That will give her time to sing just THREE songs. At that rate, the star will be earning £8,000 PER MINUTE, breaking that down even further equals £140 per SECOND.

The ‘hairy angel’ is set to make her first £1 million pounds after completing only TEN Gigs! That would make her the highest earning star EVER to have come from any reality tv program. Susan, who used to claim £130 per week in benefits whilst living as a tenant in Scotland, has corporate clients lined up and willing to pay the going rate for the star.

“She’s the biggest star to have come out of Britain’s Got Talent , so her price to sing reflects that,” the News of the World quoted a source close to Susan as saying.

“These fees mean it will take ten dates for her to make a million pounds, which is unprecedented for a reality show winner,” the source added.

The Scottish songbird may add the whopping amount to her 8 million pound wealth, which she is apparently set to amass after inking a recording contract with BGT chief and judge Simon Cowell. Susan was previously suggested to keep claiming her 64.30 pounds per income support, council tax worth 15.34 pound and 50-pound housing benefit, according to sources. But that is about to be overturned.

A show insider said: “We had to follow the same procedures as with every other contestant so it didn’t look like we were trying to tip the vote in her favour. But now we can start making her some serious money. We have to do it soon to capitalise on the huge interest in her, especially in America.”
